Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will typically arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping. We’ll keep you updated via email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.
My package hasn’t arrived yet. How can I track it?
If your tracking information hasn’t updated or shows as delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided in your email. They can assist in locating your parcel.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery. Our shipping partner does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Orders
I ordered the wrong item. Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed. Please double-check your order before confirming. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll refund the product cost minus shipping fees.
Can I return a product I ordered?
Once an order is completed, it isn’t eligible for a refund. However, if a product is returned due to an address error, we’ll refund the product cost excluding shipping fees.
My item arrived damaged or is missing. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team at hello@skin1004korea.com. For damaged items, include a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
What should I do if I’m charged a customs fee?
Customers are responsible for any customs fees. If a package is automatically returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs. Please stay in touch with your local shipping company to avoid such issues.
